Process to Create Abshir account on MOI

• In order for you to avail all the services provided by the Ministry Of Interior, you need a valid Abshir e-service account.
• Go the to MOI website and switch to English language (top left hand corner). It will be easier for you to complete the next steps or click here.
• Click on new user link (Top Right) to start the abshir account creation setup. Enter all the required information. Make sure everything is entered correctly in the relevant tabs; phone number, iqama number, email addresses etc.

Please note the mobile used for the Abshir account registration is very important. It will be crucial for login. Only enter a mobile number that is registered on your name.

• Agree to all terms and conditions.
• The website will send verification code on the phone number you had provided earlier. Enter the code along with your Iqama number or Muqeem number.
• Click "Submit".
• You will have to provide valid unique Id and a password so that your account can be created.
• Once done print the form, sign and date it so that it can be submitted to activate the abshir account.

Ways of activating the Abshir account

Once the registration is completed you will have to take the signed and dated registration form for activation. Your account can be activated by one of the following means.

Activating Abshir through Jawazat Office or KIOSK

Visit Jawazat office or KIOSK with the form and your Iqama or Muqeem card. The officer there will enter you into the computer database. It may take 5min or even a day. If after a day your abshir account is still not activated you can visit the office again.

Activating Abshir through Internet banking:

Following banks provide the facility of activating your Abshir account through their internet banking:

• Al-Rajhi Bank through Phone Banking and ATM.
• Bank Albilad through their website.
• Bank Aljazira via Phone Banking, ATM and online.
• National Commercial Bank through ATM.
• Riyadh Bank by logging in to their website.
• Samba Bank through bank’s website.

All these banks will send you confirmation SMS on your phone numbers. The SMS will contain your registration information. For any further queries you can always call these bank’s helpline numbers.

Once your Abshir account is created you can login to MOI website and enjoy their E-services. With this account you can easily find statuses of Hajj, iqama, visa, travel, health insurance and many more.
